I honestly was counting years when they would ax the microSD card slot on the A series

Next the Chinese brands will follow suit

All of the phone manufacturers must have telemetry data showing how little people use the slot. And of course this is yet another move cutting corners on the penny just for line goes up, as usual

Banks here have forced to use their app as part of the MFA step now. So if a bank app is being extra shit, I’m sure going to close it if it’s non essential.

It’s how @JudahBenHur@lemm.ee says. The app won’t function with a non-whitelisted keyboard. It also can detect of accessibility on. I don’t have any disability to require that on, but do have some apps that use it. I rated the app 1 star saying they are ableist and they still double down on their stupidity.

It is a dumb move. I have a bank app that doesn’t want to function allow if I set other keyboards than GBoard. It came out of nowhere

I wish Darn Tough accommodate international markets more readily. I had 1 imported years ago via proxy and it was honestly magical. Not swelteringly warm at all in a tropical country. For refer6im used to wearing jeans in this climate so it’s nothing out of the ordinary for me. Too bad I blew a hole at one of the toe area and never really bothered to try for their warranty after reading their policy back then.
