As I’ve said before, the distinction between countable and uncountable quantities is lost on most people nowadays. In my opinion, the rampant overuse of the word “amount” (instead of “number”) is the clearest indicator of this problem.

Ich klicke auch immer auf “Kanal nicht empfehlen”, weil ich nicht zwei Seiten jeder Diskussion kennen muss. Als ich neulich die Anzeige für ein Klimadementi-Video von Epoch Times wegen Desinformation gemeldet habe, meinte YT aber, das Video sei voll okay. Na ja. Pecunia non olet.
Ich finde es auch bedrückend was in den Kommentaren an widerlichem Gedankengut ungestraft geäußert wird. Bei einer Initiative des hessischen Innenministeriums hätte ich allerdings so meine Zweifel, wie entschlossen die gegen Rechts vorgehen werden. Habt ihr die letzten beiden Folgen des ZDF Magazin Royale gesehen? Gruselig.
