Dein Shrinkflations Beispiel ist aus mehreren Gründen unpassend:

1. Es ist ein zusammengesetztes Wort. Als solches hat es immer das Geschlecht des letzten Teilworts. Hier die Inflation.

2. Inflation stammt aus dem lateinischen und Latein hat ebenfalls eine Trennung in drei Genera. Lehnwörter aus dem Latein haben von dort das Geschlecht geerbt.

3. Alle Wörter die auf -ation enden sind immer feminin (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel). Auch hier ist die Ursache die lateinische Herkunft. Ration, Nation, Inflation, Deduktion, Meditation oder auch Vibration. Aber selbst wenn ich mir ein Wort ausdenken würde, würde ein deutsch Muttersprachler ein die davor setzen: Fedditation, Vibetaton, Furunkelausdrückation.

Warum jetzt vibe männlich ist kann ich dir nicht sagen. Aber bei dem Wort ist das denke ich weniger aufgrund einer Regel. Würde ich meine Oma fragen ob es der die oder das vibe heißt könnte sie das nicht beantworten. Sie würde nur ‘hä?’ fragen. Ich glaube da hat sich der durchgesetzt weil das halt mal irgendwer so gesagt hat und alle anderen das nachplappern. Und weil das ein recht junges ‘neudeutsches’ Wort ist gibts da auch nicht wirklich nen Grund für irgendwen das ändern zu müssen.

Um zu den anderen ein paar Dinge zu ergänzen:

Welche Impfungen empfohlen werden findest du im Internet unter ‘stiko’. Die machen die empfehlungen. Darunter die Klassiker wie Mumps/Masern/Röteln, Tetanus, Polio, Pneumococcen uvm. Im übrigen wird hpv auch empfohlen - aber nur bei mädchen. Je nach Kasse zahlen die es aber auch bei männern.

Erste Ansprech und Beratungsstellen gibt es auf den Ämtern. Je nachdem wie alt du bist, ist das Jugendamt oder das Sozialamt zuständig. Informiere dich mal im Internet auf der Seite deiner Stadt. Da sitzen extra Leute die dafür bezahlt werden Leute wie dich zu beraten.

Für STDs gibt es dezidierte Beratungsstellen und Vereine. Verhütungsmethoden sind nicht nur fürs nicht-Kinder kriegen relevant. Informiere dich erst ausführlich darüber. Aber eine Beziehung ist denke ich jetzt erstmal dein geringeres Problem. Bring erstmal alles in geregelte Bahnen. Dann musst du dich auch gar nicht mehr fragen wie du in so einer Situation eine Partnerin findest, wenn es die Situation nicht mehr gibt.

The moment you aggregate communities across instances you remove the ability to moderate them. Because maybe a hexbear mod wants to remove all mention of the Uyghur people, an ml mod wants to remove all mention of genocide against them, and a zip mod wants to remove all the comments about why genocide is good in a thread about god damned Bluey. Do they all get to delete everything across every instance? Do you start having different views of the same community depending on your home instance?

Instance A also cannot moderate the content of Instance B. Your argument is therefore invalid. The point of federation is that instances can agree on a common set of rules and values or not. In that case they defederate from each other. However, this doesn’t work in practice as communities are centralized. Obviously, most of us agree that lemmy.ml is a problem but we don’t federate just because they ‘own’ the instance.

What I mean is that a subset of all Linux communities agrees on a common set of rules and forms a community of communities. Content of all communities is shared with everyone who subscribes to one of the communities. Every community moderates its own content. If one community decides to have stricter rules than the others it can defederate. Basically just like on the level of instances.

What stops us to just defederate from lemmy.ml is that the community is hosted there and all members are linked to that one point of failure.

The problem with this reasoning is that many of the popular communities are actually on lemmy.ml, and they’re not so easy to replace. I mean, in terms of content and engagement lemmy is already a pretty small place as it is.

I think this is a core problem of lemmy as it is right now. This place is meant to be federated and decentralized. Instead it is heavily centralized as communities lie on one instance. What one needs should be federated communities as well. Like say c/linux@lemmy.world is the same as c/linux@someotherinstance.com. this way one could subscribe to communities on your home instance and if the home instance defederates from one other instance the community can defederate from the community on that instance without completely breaking apart

Die gehen auch nur ne liste durch und sagen dir wo du mal anrufen kannst. Ob du einen termin kriegst, ist dann trotzdem fraglich (wenn du nicht privatpatient bist) quelle: ich hab die nummer an einem tag sechs mal wählen dürfen und am ende schicken die dich dann trotzdem ins Krankenhaus.

Dein Arzt kann dich nicht einfach direkt beliebig lang krank schreiben, sondern schätzt erstmal und schreibt dann x Tage / Wochen drauf.
