For Plex or jelifin. Either way you can install ready made distro like Truenas, unraided, Hexos(it has an easier interface for Truenas but got no idea how usable it is) or use a Linux distro like Debian and install docker then jelifin/plex. There are a lot of guides if you just search.

I don’t think so. You need power buttons to select aply from adb and sideload lineage os. Try to boot into fastboot using adb and use a keyboard for up and down. If it works then you can install LOS if it doesn’t then you can’t

Lineage is scan function in camera does this. It just gives you the contents and you can share or open in browser
