10” iPad is $250 at Best Buy right now. It’s the same one I have and it’s been brilliant for a very similar use case. I wish it were smaller though.

Mac user: I’ve never once paid for a system update and am wildly confused by this meme.

And hardware support continues for so long I’ve never had a machine be unable to run a new OS before I already needed a new machine (I used my ‘08 MacBook Pro for a solid 10 years no problem).

I feel like some of y’all have never used an Apple machine before.

Ah, must have evolved then. I’m reasonably sure NYC is still holding out on this at least. But my intel may well be dated.

Hiring manager here: you’d be overdressed for me (not a problem as attire isn’t a hiring factor for me) but if you’re in the northeast USA, you might be underdressed without a tie and jacket. Literally anywhere else I think you’re spot on.
