Okay, I hope it was a false positive. If that is the case, would I be okay re-uploading the image in question? And if it happens again and I have not received any notification, either in my messages or e-mail, about why its being removed, then I will likely need an admin here to look into it for me.
When something like this happens and its not a false positive and there is any actual reason for it, I would prefer to know why to avoid any legal issues.
I’m using LibreWolf here and I’m not having this issue on my end.
I just followed these instructions and tried to post the same comment in c/enshittification while I had the networks console not minimized, and it says “error: language_not_allowed” and I not sure why as I also choose English as the language.
Edit: I just tried it again without selecting a language and it worked. Not sure why language is blocked there and not sure if that is a setting a community mod can set.
Uh, F12 here only makes a bar appear for adjusting screen brightness.
Edit: I just tried that and it gave me something with a ‘Network’ tab, with this red I can only find in it.
I’m not banned from that community and there is nothing listed in the modlog of that community either as I just checked this, and I do select a language before trying to post.
No, I’m not using a VPN to access Lemmy.World
Well, AI is one thing I want to get rid of.
Actually, I just cut and pasted that kbin.run link into another browser on another computer on the same network and its working there, so that rules it down to a LibreWolf issue going on.
Well, one thing that has me kind of worried about my community here if lemmy.world were to switch from Lemmy to Sublinks and end up becoming sublinks.world instead.
Well, I’m not sure how to check and see about fixing that, if its on my end and not kbin.run’s end.
I just tried to follow that link and it appears someone needs to notify the website owners about this error message I’m getting from it and I’m using LibreWolf for my browser for privacy reasons.
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to kbin.run.
Oh okay, it got me confused and made me feel concerned because I don’t want to end up losing the community I created here.
Are you sure you don’t mean a Universal Declaration of Fediverse Independence from Reddit, Threads, and Twitter/X?
Well, we were probably already due or going on past due for something to best replace the old “site:reddit.com” with “site:lemmy.world” for instance.
I don’t think this has anything to do with that topic since its not detected Vivaldi itself as the Trojan Horse, its detecting something with or on ClimateJustice.Rocks as the Trojan Horse even though that site is a Mastodon Instance.
Well, I did contact Malwarebytes to see whether or not it is a false positive, but they have not gotten back to me like I said before.
I’m a member in this community since I joined it sometime ago wanting to know what Lemmy Instances there are, but I’m not sure where I should be directed to if it were to be locked.
Edit: Holy cow, I was just looking in their profile and it looks like they are listed as a mod in over 112 communities.
