I would say, no, because the same magic rule prompting the vampire to ask permission in the first place also requires the answer to be complete. Otherwise, why bother? They would dart inside even before you had a chance to say “you” with the excuse that since you were taking too long you probably were okay with it.
The ideal schedule for me is one that allows flexibility. How many hours they want? 40? 60? Okay, as long as I’m able to manage the time I’m fine with it. Usually I prefer at least one weekday free.
Painting my grandma’s face with makeup. I thought she didn’t realize I was painting her like a clown with a red nose and all, and I thought it was hilarious. Was always mildly disappointed whenever she took the makeup off before leaving, but I never lost the hope one day she wouldn’t notice and would walk out with it.

Not that I remember but apparently when I was 2 yrs old or so I snatched a handful of very expensive wedding cake from a bakery display window while my dad was busy paying at the counter. He noticed when picking me up to leave and godspeed back home because he couldn’t afford paying the now damaged cake.
The first and only thing I remember stealing was a monkey toy when I was 3 or 4 yrs. Went to a party or something at someone’s house, there were other kids there and I decided I deserved that monkey more than they did so I pocketed it. My parents found out afterwards, they weren’t happy about it but didn’t care enough to return the toy to the owner. I guess it was a cheap toy.

I’m not sure if you’re saying my opinion was popular at the time- I’ve never met anyone in person who agreed with me, not then and not now either. Occasionally some people say, “ok, I get what you mean” but they don’t really share my opinion. Most of the times I get “what? Hercules? Such a great movie!”.
And fair enough, I’m not saying it’s a bad movie, simply that I was thoroughly disappointed which isn’t the same. Objectively the art direction is really good, the voice acting and animation is solid, and yes the soundtrack was also objectively good but unfortunately not my type, what can I say. It’s just not a movie for me.

Because it completely butchers greek mythology. Of course, that’s to be expected from a kid’s movie (especially Disney) but I’ve been a greek mythology fan from an early age and this movie really disappointed me as a child.
I don’t envy you. That’s intense! On the bright side, at least you’re getting used to reality shifting drastically and unexpectedly, which I hope makes you resilient. Rejecting reality as if it had been a dream (which also happened to me) is probably worse in the long run.
Holy cow you woke up to anxiety over a $40k debt. That’s not nice. Interesting to see this happens to other people as well, I never heard in person (at least) about others waking up under normal conditions and not fully realising who they were.
Yeah you bet it was messed. I had a mini panic attack thinking the police were after me, that my life was over, that I was going to rot in jail and I felt so disgusted at myself for taking advantage of those girls. All that in under a minute. And then the wave of relief as I realised who I really was.
Once I had a horrible nightmare in which I was a guy in his 40s and a child predator as well. In the dream I had a red car and was stalking schools looking for teenage girls, offering them a ride.
There were no victims in the dream but woke up so disturbed it took me a whole minute to realize I was, in real life, a woman in her early 20s. It’s by far the most bizarre shit my brain ever dumped on me while asleep. Wtf.

I receive very few gifts and most are from my immediate family who know exactly what I’m after (we share wishlists). So from them, it’s usually an 80% success rate.
Occasionally acquaintances gift smaller things, usually chocolate which I’ll devour, soap that I’ll probably use or a scented candle. Hand/body creams are another popular choice, I rarely use these so I pass them on to my sister or mother. Again, I’d say a success rate of 80%.

But when eaten alone, snacks are snacks or meals according to size. If it’s something small that won’t even fill a third of your appetite, in my books, that’s a snack. And in my books, precisely because of scarcity reasons you have less leveraging power to demand tax on a snack.
