I feel like the sports communities are lacking critical mass and for some reason I just don’t see content from some of the small communities (specifically magic the gathering for me) pop up on my feed. Like it’d be nice the algo pushed them more since I am subbed and want to participate.
Videos hosting or someway to more seamlessly share video content. The Reddit player sucked fat donkey dicks, but the idea of viewing video in a post instead of clicking out to some rando site is much preferred.
That’s just kinda the reality of demographics. Generally less people on the right than on the left, and those on the right are usually older, so still on Facebook. This site still over indexes with people on the left but so did Reddit when it first started.
It’s since the elections are state run, so there’s no central db. Once you register though your electoral experience is a state by state crapshoot.
Some will make you stand in line for hours forcing you to miss work, others do mail-in ballots with early voting which is kind of awesome.
