We will have to get Jen Psaki in on it.
You’re gonna have to fight Shapiro for it.
Literally my answer, we have to share.
To me, if they are contained to communities setup for AI generated images and there is some effort to mark or identify them as AI, I don’t mind them. Its when they get posted outside those spaces, especially posing as something someone made, that it gets very annoying.
All cases known to have happened are in Alaska, where moose were swimming across straits and between islands. Orcas are opportunistic hunters and nearly anything swimming in water deep enough for them to swim in has a chance of being eaten. Most of them keep their distance from humans but if you were swimming in their territory away from civilization and boat traffic you might be stalked and hunted.
I’ve tended to find people against them want the same skyline their grandparents had 50 years ago, ignoring that even the trees changed shape. So to them its change and conservative rural people abhor anychange that doesn’t have an immediate and tangible benefit.
I don’t mind them and lived in the midst of two wind “farms”. They aren’t usually clumped tightly together so you don’t see many until you’re out on the road.
Personally found them kind of calming to look at as part of the backdrop when it was nice outside and I could go out and listen to music or radio and just unplug. Personal opinions vary wildly and some people will hate them just for existing just as some people will find a mural or new building an eyesore, they don’t have a tangible reason and usually they just don’t want change, ontop of there being no shortage of easily disproveable conspiracy theories about turbines they cling to because someone said they were bad once and they can’t be bothered to fact check anything that doesn’t already support their opinion.
So ultimately I don’t mind them anymore than a water tower or grain bin/silo, they are just part of my skyline now and it didn’t take long to get used to them.
If there is one accusation still active, sure. But every single case I’ve heard of, the family withdrew and admitted they were looking for a cash settlement.
As far as I’m aware none of MJs accusers still say he did anything, and nearly all of them say their parents pressured them to say stuff he didn’t do for a settlement. He was definitely a weird guy but you look at his upbringing and it was trauma after trauma by adults exploiting him for money.
The funny part is when you remind the weebs how bad the iron commonly found in Japan was just not great quality and purity which they lacked the know how to correct, so the folding technique was developed to make their steel workable. If European techniques had been used on Japanese Steel, you’d have one very shoddy sword.
To be fair that’s true if you only talk about aerodynamics. But by the same logic helicopters can’t fly either.
Wow they screwed that all up.
Drones do not take care of the young. At all. Literally all the drones do is eat and roam the hive until breeding season, then they get it on and die alone since their hive won’t let them return after they copulated, and if there ever become too many drones the workers chase them out and kill them if they try to return. Different species do it a bit differently but in general the drones are the first to be culled if resources ever get low. The only major exception is if a hive lost their queen, some workers can lay unfertilized eggs which develop into male drones to pass on the genetic diversity of the hive, as they anticipate dying out without a queen and no eggs young and healthy enough to rear new ones.
Been gaming since I was a boy in the early 90s, mostly a computer and retro games since my family didn’t have the money for new consoles as they came out. Got invited a lot to friends who did have consoles to jam out.
These days, Ive found that burnout is a thing but it’s usually temporary. Games I am playing don’t do it for me, or feel like a chore keeping up with dailies or other tasks to unlock content.
Remember that’s all just grind and put that game down and pick something else up, usually an older game I spent a lot of time with or maybe something in my library didn’t have too much time for.
Also found that getting into modding can be an amazing way to breathe life back into games you loved. And can pretty much say my generation is entirely at fault for remasters and remakes becoming prevelant since the games we played in the 90s and 00s have that huge nostalgia factor and a lot of then don’t work on modern hardware. Plus most of us having jobs and families that make playing them harder to find time for, so making a nice flashy nostalgia hit is something we will drop 60 bucks on and never get more than 20 hours for a while.
Its also worth noting that as you get older your likes and tastes can change. Where you might have been big into shooters and racing games as a teen or young adult, you might find yourself going more for strategy and simulations games as you’re older, but for some its the reverse or migrating to a new genre entirely like fighters or even RPGs. Don’t be afraid to dabble and see what works, and consider what you are playing and why, and what makes you put it down quicker than you plan to.
Youtube needs to realize its not tiktok and trying to be tiktok will just push the people who actually like that to tiktok and everyone else will just go somewhere else
Ya’ll ladies ever considered initiating for once?
Probably wouldn’t hesitate as long as I knew I could occasionally return to visit. Was in the military and stationed over seas. Would love to live in Germany again, have a friend that lives in Netherlands and frankly looks like a great place to live. Another friend lives on the coast in Japan and is raising a family there. Would if I could but lack the income to make it viable.
