I know I am late here but I have quite the Christmas story. For Christmas I spent the holidays with my Mom. Over the holidays one of my mom’s neighbours tasked my mom with looking after her cat while she is in Sweden with her son for christmas. My older brother came down with two of his dogs which are loud and very big pit bulls. On Christmas day my Dad came over and got my mom and my sister a puppy (the dog my dad owned got pregnant and had puppies) so there was lots of loud animals around the house. For safety precautions the cat was temporarily moved back into my neighbours house over Christmas with me and my mom checking on him periodically over the next two days until my brother and his two dogs left.

I used to watch all their gang beasts episodes. They were amazing. Lovely to hear they are still around.

Funny you mention the MCU because the audience for those movies is practically the same. For everything I’ve read and seen it basically sounds like a animated MCU movie

I get what you mean. I am on the autism spectrum and I struggle significantly with socialising with people. You know I just find it difficult. And there’s no one that really reached out to me when I was a teenager. What broke that cycle for me was being the one who reached out and made friends with people other people never cared about. You know sometimes being the one that breaks a cycle like that can be powerful and it can even give you a stronger sense of self worth. But that’s just for me. It might be different for you because I am a very extroverted person I just really struggle with the making connections part.

Yeah. There needs to be a stronger push for communities.

I would sometimes swear when I was 7. My mom cursed a lot so I picked it up young. She’s one of these people that forcibly inserts fuck into a sentence as many times as humanely possible when upset. Example "clean your fucking room right fucking now or I am fucking taking the fucking Xbox.

From reading this story I get the vibe that miss Audrey had very little going on in her life apart from this maths club. Its ironic that because of her inability to rein in her passion for maths she likely turned you and many others off the subject.

Here’s one, my former boss. I was on a course and as part of it, I was required to do an internship. It ended up lasting six months without me being paid so I told the manager that I need to change because I am starting my sociology course and I need to get paid. She said she’ll get back to me and never did. I wanted to get paid weekend work so I could go to college and make money. I never heard back from her and instead a bunch of new people were actively picked over me to work on weekends and get paid.
