I have enough in my emergency fund that if I lost my job I’d be ok for about a year.
I’m nearly to my goal, after that I’m going to change my focus to expanding my portfolio.
Still no way I can buy a house though. Need to make about 3x more money for that to happen.
I credit it to having a property owner that’s kept rent cheap and having low overhead, and being frugal borderline cheap.

Any battle royale games. They all look so toxic.
Most survival builder games. They’re all the same. Only exception is Project Zomboid, but it has to be with friends.
Soulsborne games. If the game is hard, just to be hard it’s not that fun for myself. I play games to escape the stress from my life. Not add to it.
Horror games. I have enough anxiety about mundane shit as it is, I don’t need a game to give me more.
Humble bundle had a bundle of all the Mega Man games for 20 bucks.

I stopped watching when Glenn finally died. Mainly due to the fact that I found out through social media because I missed the first episode of that season when they revealed who got beat with Negan’s bat, and everyone on social media ruined the reveal.
He was my favorite character, and I know in the comics he dies much earlier than in the show, but I lost interest after that.
I have an old “smart” Vizio TV from like 2012 (?) that has outlasted 2 new 4k smart TVs. I’ll stick with this guy till it pops
