I like the way there’s a police car there, in case people were thinking they might just go for it anyway
I’ve been here since the API changes at Reddit and the sub blackouts that followed, and I think it’s becoming more interesting all the time. Back in the early days there was no point in refreshing the /all feed more than once every 4 hours as it just wouldn’t have changed, now it’s much more than that. The number of posts with actual discussions are increasing, and other than a few blocked users, communities and one instance, I like the people I’m sharing space with.
I thought Killgrave was extra disturbing because you know that’s exactly how someone with that power would become.
I see a lot of duck duck go responses in this thread, my understanding was that ddg is just front ending bing search, it’s not a native search itself. Is that right? Is the same true of any of the other ones mentioned here?
I think my 7T is no longer in update territory. Probably time for a change!
I had the same coming through the Connect app - lots of API errors and not responding issues.
In classic style, logging out and logging in has fixed it!
If you google “Google” from Google, do you double break the internet?

When I was 18, I flew over to Australia from London via LA, stayed up all day and arranged to meet with some people that is meet on the plane for a beer, all good, having a drink in a pub out at Coogee Bay.
I was sat on a bar stool, closed my eyes, woke up standing next to the pool table having flicked all of the “next game” reservation coins onto the table. A very large Australian guy was saying “I hope you know where all those came from”
My new friend hustled me out of there, thankfully.
We have Neolithic attracts and Roman ruins, as well as a castle from somewhere around 1066, also now ruins.
The oldest recorded standing and still used building is from around 1290.
