Well, it’s not only that, a lot of people are wearing costumes, that may or may not cause them to sweat far more than their normal day. A friend of mine wore a costume that involved a dress shirt and a coat, and Sept isn’t really cold in GA. He used menthol to cover for his sweat though, so it wasn’t too bad with him. My last costume (several years ago, I dunno where all the stuff is and can’t afford to remake atm) involved dress shirt, a vest, and a heavy coat (trying to emulate this character) and it was hot as hell, especially in lines outside in the sun.

Even with baths and deodorant for some people in such situations it’s not really enough.

Looks like maybe a “soft top” style roof? Convertibles and some jeep style vehicles have them.

Or maybe another damaged car, not sure.

I don’t like em, but not to the level of gross. Pickles are gross for me, olives I can either move to the side or ignore as a mildly worse meal.

Being a support person, if I was rich enough to frivolously buy systems, I’d have at least one of each as a reference system. Yes, I know, vms, but that’s for saving money/space. Especially MAC I’d have some hardware too. Definitely not a main system though. I currently have a broken Mac and a cheap chromebook for that reason, though due to being broken the Mac is rather useless now. When it worked I often used it to help test/troubleshooting customer stuff.

Slight problem with the meme vs what OP is doing: Someone evaluating choices isn’t going to know what to search for from logos. They’ll n only recognize Google, Apple, and Windows, with a slight possibility on Linux distros.

Sure, we fail.all the time. While I haven’t been fired, I’ve been laid off twice, I’ve quit places, I’ve caused fires that gave me debts, I’ve realized I grew up in a cult and probably harmed people while doing so.

Like many mentioned, lots of examples. First one to come to mind for me was Exurb1a. Sarcastic and witty videos about science, philosophy, futurism, etc. I remember one video had a joke about tossing an ex out a window I found uncomfortable, but he also used a bunch of self derogatory humor etc, and his style did include exaggerated characters etc.

Then some convincing evidence came out that he was an abuser and iirc also raped someone. I don’t have the link now and as usual don’t believe stuff a random anonymous person says on the internet, but it was disappointing to say the least.

Behind the Bastards did an episode on him. Honestly I think from what I recall he was just drawing what got good feedback, but then he had a few issues with health, one that made him unable to speak for years and iirc ended his marriage?

So one of their takes is maybe this trauma did some damage to him mentally as well. I’m grossly oversimplfying, so I recommend checking the episode. You can also find statements and articles about his Spasmodic Aphonia and him attributing his divorce partially to it.

They do have some arguments against his anti-corporate rep though.

People have turned to suicide under shorter time periods. I don’t trust my mental health (or bodily health, water etc) in such a situation, and it might permanently damage me for the rest of my life for a mere 1m. 1B before I even consider, and still probably no unless I think I’m making a sacrifice for others or something and don’t expect to be alive.

Probably would die of Water intoxication.
