Gas, paper products, salad, honey, cereal, bacon, snacks, even alcohol. It’s just me and my husband and we live pretty frugally. We opened a membership a few years ago and have never once regretted it.

Mine was a '91 GT, and there’s another commenter whose first car was a '92 Escort wagon. I guess the Ford Escort makes for a great first car.
I remember being able to start my car, then take the key out and lock the doors while the engine warmed up. Could also turn the ignition with a coin.
