It usually happens after I get mad at it.

Not true. Those pieces look like they fit together.
Edit: I bet it even came with human readable instructions.
Dunk your computer in water first, then the rice will have more effect.
Great, but that’s not what republicans mean when they say “extremist liberal.” Instead they have coopted the term “extremist” so it no longer means anything, except what they want it to, when they want it to.
That’s what extremists do, gaslight, obstruct and project. It’s all 101 level stuff.
Well, that obviously calls for deprogramming. All the commercials this month inform me you are a radical socialist trying to feed children who don’t deserve it. I think the correct answer is to throw them in labor camps instead so they can earn bread and water. Serves them right for being born poor.
OTOH, that’s a really nice composure of people’s suffering. I feel conflicted.
I don’t know about outer coatings, but I always wondered if lapping film would work on glass lenses. Think super fine sandpaper for fiber optic cables.
If you’re into apple (with the watch) give apple fitness a shot.
Peloton has a standalone app if you don’t mind a non-data experience (you can still wear a hrm/watch of course, but no feedback about exertion in the peloton app.)
Next option is some sort of trainer. You can either bolt a real bike to one, or use a stationary bike that fills the role. A trainer can connects via ANT/BLE to an app. Just google “bike trainers”. With this comes lots of options for apps to track training. E.g. wahoo, zwift, etc.
Best of luck.
I just added a bunch of classical to a playlist and then removed the occasional piece I found distracting. I still use that playlist when I need to focus.

Look up running belts.

I already posted the relevant bit above. The history of this song in ice cream trucks was absolutely racist.
Apparently that turkey in the straw one is super racist- or rather the lyrics of the version that took off and led to ICT fame. I swear ours still plays it… I’ll have to listen closely next time I happen to hear it.
The first and natural inclination, of course, is to assume that the ice cream truck song is simply paying homage to “Turkey in the Straw,” but the melody reached the nation only after it was appropriated by traveling blackface minstrel shows. There is simply no divorcing the song from the dozens of decades it was almost exclusively used for coming up with new ways to ridicule, and profit from, black people.
That’s funny, because I think fishing is probably the best example to answer OP’s question.
I can recline my seat. And you can recline yours.
I’m guessing the underlying question is, “What function would require you to keep paying?” The answer is: Civil court.
Bad… Dark. Bleak. Lonely.
CoD MW III. I deleted it a few days ago…
Maybe it’s a population bias thing. All the helpful people left Reddit for Lemmy. I.e., being helpful may be highly correlated to the set of ethics that drove those Redditors away in the first place
