most of the time i play switch and ps5, which i can get physical copies though. i just like to have them given the way a lot of streaming companies have just pulled content without warning.

edit: also that brings us to another point; you used to be able to go in and buy boxed pc games in the store all the time

the only thing i hate about the rise of steam gaming is the loss of owning physical media since you can’t by physical copies of steam deck games.

i’m legitimately sad about this since i loved having a nice wholesome social media network that actually takes moderation seriously to keep up trolls and harassers :(

major overhaul is doing a lot of heavy lifting for something that is effectively one extra swipe down.

i mean phones are mostly incremental now than they were in 2011 anyway and google has made a lot of inroads to bake major changes into the play store to avoid carrier issues, which is better anyway.
