Maybe battery cell count is a factor.
What kind of photos would cause such a panic reaction?
… actually never mind, I don’t think I want to know.
Mine is factory unlocked, not a carrier specific model, yet I still don’t have access to the FM tuner inside. It’s better but still fucked with.
Do you not understand how the software on your phone gets there? The manufacturer makes a release and the carriers have it modified to their own spec, often disabling or removing things.
And no manufacturer or carrier will enable them.
I’ve had to resort to inspecting the circuit board photos of FCC filings way too much lately to identify the processors being used in devices
If you’re writing and have to do that then explicitly call out the manufacturers in the article.
I wonder if there’s any market for an inline breaker to add protection to badly designed computers.

Mead is easier and JAOM is probably the most approachable one.
Don’t care. I used Chrome for a long time, moving away from it now because of the poor design decisions lately. At this point even if Google reverted the changes and put out a press release that said “we fucked up and won’t ever do it again” I wouldn’t believe it or trust them. The headline may as well be “Baby eating monster now eats 3% fewer babies”.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass.
This is useless garbage.
