Boost has a lot of these bugs with video. It works on Cards 2.0 but craps out when you click or when you use swipe

It’s not a fun browsing experience. I still support Boost but on video heavy Lemmy communities it a pain.

Another issue is video uploads go to Imgur which is no good for anything remotely nsfw. It would be good if video uploads can go somewhere else.

That being said the upload, comment and view options are far superior to other apps + I really like boost so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are also services in 1st world countries that help you get setup

You can do it. This is good first step to ask.

Tying into a discussion on Boost for Lemmy. 0.19 is in beta, why did the instance decide to go to a beta release? Not attacking anything just trying to understand.

Tested on Boost for Lemmy and Sync. Local login is broken.
