1 month agoI happily pay for software. ONCE. I have no idea if this software will be regularly updated and if there will be new features. How do we know the developer won’t abandon the project? And it’s a lone developer, apparently. Ever heard of the bus factor? Give me a license that enables me to use the product in its current form indefinitely, and I might consider buying it. But a subscription? No thanks. Who does this guy think he is, frickin Adobe?

Trying to be what others consider desirable or normal is really just a kind of lack of strength in your own personality. True strength is when you can be yourself, don’t pretend and simply live the way you want to be. Your friends will be true friends because they will know you without pretense. Anyone who doesn’t find you attractive in this way is the wrong partner.
