Hat jemand Überblick was genau die Pläne des Ministeriums sind? Alles was in in Google finden konnte ist die Tatsache dass Apotheken dagegen sind, mehr geld wollen (wer nicht) und dass es irgendwie um filialapotheken geht. Aber ich bin im Thema nicht genug drin um das wirklich zu verstehen.

Yes, they did what was convenient for those times. I don’t think it’s comvenient anymore though, so why not change it? If people start serving a tradition instead of the tradition serving the people… just get rid of it?
