I need to start doing this more. I just forget
It’s a jpeg
Then encoded in the metadata is a map of brightness.
If your website/app/phone doesn’t support it, the metadata just sits there with info about the lens, shutter speed etc.
If it does support it, the JPEG is automatically processed with the metadata to increase brightness in the original jpeg.
Yeah I have a weber BBQ from around 1980 that I bought used about 10 years ago. I abuse it and it has the odd rusing spot and some dents but it’s great!!
I bought a Weber MT charcoal BBQ recently and it’s just as nice. Hopefully have this one for years too.
Loake boots, goodyear welted and a great quality leather. They have some wrinkles but I look after them, on my second sole and when conditioned they look amazing.
Weber BBQ.
Is it a downside? Just dont use it
Interesting. Mine gets warm but never had anything throttle
Yep. I had a pixel 5. I got sucked in and bought a pixel 6 pro. It’s literally the same apart from the zoom looks better and the phone is bigger.
I did have modem issues with the 6Pro so I got the 7 Pro and the phone is the same apart from the odd change.
So for me going from a Pixel 5, I gained pretty much nothing, man I miss that phone.
Yeah it’s not abnormal at all, just a bit more than other phones i’ve had. And heat is just wasted energy. Overall love the phone
None specifically. Its just warm when browsing around, especially on 5G
I don’t have issues with the radios personally (I did on my Pixel 6)
You should though. I have a Pixel 7 Pro. I’ve seen all the reviews/tests showing how bad of a chip it is. But in day to day use it’s fast snappy and pretty good.
it does however warm the device a lot and warmth = battery loss.
Tensor G1 and G2 would probably be absolutely fine if fabbed on TSMC.
Yes but they’re only going to allow it in the EU
Also sometimes companies forget the package as a whole.
Yes you pay me £5k extra salary but I get worse sick pay, less holiday pay, reduced pension contributions, no paid medical, reduced flexibility and 40hours vs 37hours a week.
If you add financial values to lots of these benefits they can really add up.
Try get involved in some teams chats, hell even call some people for a chat about work.
Maybe arrange a 3 monthly pub quiz or meal out with the team. People are receptive to that kind of thing and can really bond the team.
Same here. I earn the same salary at both jobs but the WFH job I feel like I get paid double per hour because I work what I need to and enjoy the rest rather than clock watching.
When you get WFH or hybrid working you become more aware of the time wasted at the office because you know it could have been spent doing chores, gaming or doing something actually useful to your life rather than just tossing it off in a random office with people you don’t care about.
Yeah I can see the double edged sword. I guess “WFH if you want” is doing some heavy lifting in my reply. My best friend is permanant remote with no office and lives alone and I bet it’s isolating. Where as I have kids, wife and a shit tonne of chores so I don’t get the same isolation issues but I could definitely see some instances where it could be an issue.
I think the hybrid model is perfect. I’ll go to the office for important meetings, so I don’t have distractions and can truly get in the zone.
Yeah I get that feeling. I tend to WFH monday and friday. It’s like every weekend is a long weekend!
Considering this also. Currently we’re all on my google one plan, however I want to move away.
Any tips?
