Started at 3. Now 48. Contacts since 13. Prescription varies, but somewhere around -7.0 to -8.0 in each eye. Contacts give more natural vision, but took a bit to get used to. I have been able to touch my eye without blinking for 20+ years. Doc is now telling me to add reading glasses to my contacts.
