I’ve seen similar. I believe they’re still liked, just not displaying as such. Refresh the thread and it will show.

Are you changing profiles? I notice them popping up for each profile on an instance federated with the post’s instance

I’ve noticed #2 happens when looking at a very short comment list (like, the UI stretches the comment(s) to fit the space). Refreshing seems to fix, and is easier than exiting/reentering

I don’t remember if I’ve mentioned this one before, but deleting a comment exits the thread. It should instead put you where the comment used to be in the thread, so you can keep scrolling.

Now the profiles for both my mtgzone.com account and my lemmy.world account lead to errors

Space it out over time, spread it onto multiple communities, use albums to aggregate similar images into fewer posts.

Once per day might be too limiting. I’d start with 2 posts every 8 hours or so.

Right, and for me, it is. It is also a frequent thing, and can be misclicked. I’ve blocked over 50 sports communities related to teams I don’t care about, just today. Does that mean I want to block the users posting there? No.

Conversely, if there’s an account spamming a community I like, I want to block the user, not the community. Misclicks happen.

You have to refresh after blocking a user or community for it to take effect

Yep, I have this happen with certain hosts and not others, it seems. Thankfully opening external seems to work in those cases.
