How did your parents react when they found out?
How did your parents react when they found out?
Well, I’m not sure, but Tesla opened a big factory in Germany…? I mean, Neuralink, the Relic… cough
Nono. The opposite. We gotta do the opposite
Trumpislovetrumpislife, that has to be satire, right?
Why the downvotes? Is this sketchy? What is it?
Just here to express my condolences
For me it’s become all about convenience. Is Ctrl-Alt-T preconfigured to open a terminal? Can I move it around with Super-[arrows]? Are all the drivers and codecs I need in the standard repos? No (or little enough) bloatware? Then I’ve found a distro for me. I don’t care about anything else anymore.
Sure, not trying to second guess you. What do you think of them so far? Is it worth the effort to learn them?
Is it on the horizon for cron to be deprecated?
Holy shit, haha - is lemmy the new 4chan?
Maybe he did, and took a picture later.
c/aneurysmposting
This is the content I come here for
Holy shit bro, hang in there - any chance of dating (maybe other disabled?) people and getting the hell out of there, or something like that? There are flats disabled people share, where they help each other, too, right?
You don’t mess with a wild badger
Not making the switch dependent on hardware upgrades would be a requisite for me. Maaany people (and things like expensive, tightly integrated industrial systems) can’t just switch to a machine that supports Win11. Also, Microsoft promised Win10 would be their last windows version, receiving continual upgrades. So I repeat: Get fucked, Microsoft
So just a minute ago I thought “Get fucked, HP” and now I’m thinking “Get fucked, Microsoft”. What a day.
Guillotine - oh no wait, that one SHOULD actually be used as often as possible, in any professional context
Ooh I like this one… or do I? Does this comment even exist?
What about those apps using out of date libraries? Wouldn’t that become a security issue - since containers usually aren’t that secure, right? And all app developers would have to update their container libraries separately, instead of just updating the system libraries?
