These are solvable problems but its not profitable. 1/3 of food produced globably is thrown away. We’ve plenty of solutions for access to water. Preventable disease, it’s in the name.
Fracturing the space is way more destructive than whatever you mean by destructive moderating, since the moderating will only affect some communities and even within that, some users while defederating will split the user base.
Fast charging is 100% convenience for the end user and marketing material for the company. Fast charging is just dumping more electrons into a battery quicker than slow charging. I don’t think battery tech has adapted that much to be able to handle this so AFAIK we’re just normalising abusing our batteries. Did read an article that batteries that we’re slow charged, also discharged slower as well.
Gonna add on to this, most people are right in saying get a low amp charger(amps are the more important that volts afaik) 1A is easiest to source but did see a .5A one time. Don’t leave charging at 100% for long periods of time.
What is missing from the comments IMO is anyone talking about how you use your phone. Minimise screen time and bloated software that is always running/sending data. Lineage (or graphene OS since you’re on a pixel) with no google apps will prolong your battery. For now I’ve just got some banking apps, molly(signal fork), jerboa and slack on my phone. My 3000mAh battery from 2016 is now lasting over 24 hours instead of less than 8 hours when using mainstream social media apps.
Sadly not haven’t had a tablet for like 8 years

Not as bad as you’d think, especially if you buy from a place that tests the devices or know the person selling isn’t hard on their devices.
If you are going for a model thats a couple of years old, I would recommend going an alternative OS and no google apps. The analytics they run run does make a considerable difference to battery life. You could use something like microg if some banking apps don’t like not having google (the ones I use don’t have this issue YMMV)
I’d also recommend simplifying how you use you’re device. Ie, don’t have apps that run in the background like Facebook, try and keep to using those sites in the browser.
Don’t stream stuff over the mobile network(applicable to some tablets), as its a large battery drain. It’s designed to blast a load of data and then go inactive to save battery.
You could start doing some of these things on your current device and see if you get much of a change in battery life.

I find it hard to consider that as part of the liberation since it happened after independence. Looks more like state violence aimed at a minority to me.
I would have to disagree on the absolutism bit.
I would consider that the Haitian slave rebellion or Warsaw ghetto uprisings were intrinsically good.
I would wish to see liberation of oppressed peoples be a universal law. I would wish for this to be applied to all and I wish for everyone to act on this.
I believe the above fits under Kantian ethics.
I mean that is sort of the definition of justified but it’s being misused here, it just means having a good reason. Everyone is ignoring how subjective it is though. Bob may consider his life above others, so for him staying alive is a good enough reason to commit murder. Jane and a jury are very likely to disagree.
Different language needs to be used I think to avoid the issues people have with the concept of violent resistance.
Peace isn’t an option because injustice still happens under peace time. Liberation is a better solution for the oppressed.
So now we’ve got:

This focuses more on the end goal than the action that resistance implies. Liberation can still involve violent resistance and that’s okay. You can be on the side of righteousness and still do what is morally wrong, this is true of all movements.
We have to agree that liberation from oppression is always morally good and we have to apply it to all cases. So if we don’t look at the Palestinian struggle the same way we’d look at indigenous issues in north America or apartheid SA, we’d be hypocrites.
A lot of it is in the design stage tbf. If features/UI can be cut or simplified then it can make a big difference. Performant code is good and the tech stack you choose also matters.
