His dog is named Scout, and his daily driver car is an International Harvest Scout… Coincidence?

Same! Well, almost. I read “First Dog”. I understood what “First Dog” was supposed to mean. But for some reason my brain processed it as “first First Dog” and I was amazed no other governor in Minnesota had a dog, until I realized it just said “First” once.
They already did that about 30 years ago…
To be fair, the context here has nothing to do with the movie, just the spelling being done for funsies. But it’s still a fun watch.
May I recommend the movie Idiocracy to you? You will be one of today’s lucky 10,000
I went to Muscat several years ago. Now I want to see Salalah. I hear that’s where most of the frankincense trees in Oman are?
Funny, I used to use “Router? I hardly know her!” and eventually changed it (for reasons I can’t remember) to “TellMyWifiLoveHer”
My own photo from a couple years ago 🙂
I love the Denver Botanic Gardens! We’ve been members for a few years now (on a membership that lets us go with multiple people) and I love taking visitors there or just going on a whim in summer. Excited to see Blossoms of Light next month with my parents and a few friends!
I was getting similar SXM vibes, but easyJet is a British airline with only A320-ish jets that goes around Europe and nearby (Northern Africa and such).
I suppose their A321 could probably get there from London though…
I’ll take it over women being almost universally assigned to the kitchen, whether they like it or not. Today’s being your kids to work day was once called bring your daughter to work day, in an effort to get women in the workplace. I’m all for furthering our work culture change (without going full antiwork) but at least this is a step in the right direction to show that women can be more than a housewife.
Is it really that hard to write the word “north”? Is that even what nth is supposed to mean? I keep reading it as the mathematical “1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th…, nth” and it makes my head hurt
I think the point is, it would be nice to know which books are being put back up (seems like a pretty basic thing if you’re going to make a post like this) but OP made it about as hard as possible to see any but 1-2
