If you’re prepared to fact check what it gives you, it can still be a pretty useful tool for breaking down unfamiliar things or for brainstorming. And I’m saying that as someone with a very realistic/concerned view about its limitations.

have you tried plain soda water? the carbonation might make it interesting enough to be drinkable even though it’s flavorless. if you get a drinkmate or something like that it’s fairly cheap to make at home

I would recommend either finding a book you like to read before bed, or perhaps if you are so inclined, doodle or sketch. Something that requires focus, but isn’t intense, so you will still be able to tell when your body is ready to rest.
I don’t think you’ll benefit at all from using the 2.5Gbit port if you only have 1Gbit cables, so there’s no downside

I have one of those slanted chargers for desktop use, so while I’m at my desk, I just set it there (bonus that the screen is kept visible in case of a call or message)
It’s reasonable to use it while it’s charging on the stand, though I wouldn’t enjoy doing anything landscape (it will still charge it’s just very precise)
Definitely cannot deny the utility of a regular power cable if you are in bed or something and you really want to use it while charging.
Wireless charging is really good though…
Google Photos has also been doing a fullscreen update hassle where you don’t have an “don’t ask again” option 😑

It’s incredibly important to never cut corners here. You can easily get a severe infection you may not come back from.
Strange. I’ve never had an issue like that and Firefox has always performed just fine for me. Sorry to hear you’re having issues.
What are you referring to by unoptimal behavior? I’m curious because I use Firefox and have never had issues watching YouTube videos while gaming.
You may or may not have a mechanism to limit bandwidth on the whole connection. It could be at the router level or possibly an option on your network card configuration. If you have the capability, setting a limit at 90% of your bandwidth should leave enough room to minimize the issues you’re seeing.
You should dual boot it with Windows. Then you get the beeeeeeest of both worlds…
