No. That removes everything in the root filesystem. Very different from a “folder called root”. The correct command would be rm -r root
I had python problems on Fedora and Nvidia. In addition to installing python 3.10, I needed to change the python command in webui.sh from python to python3.10
I also have a 128GB SanDisk that I bought quite a few years ago for a decent chuni if money for a flash drive, has been through the washing machine twice and still works. It fits a lot of ISOs for Ventoy to use
IIRC Mac OS X was changed to OS X before it was changed to macOS. Not that it matters here
Edit: 10.0 to 10.7 were Mac OS X, 10.8 to 10.11 was OS X, 10.12 and later macOS.
For the record, I’m able to see the comment you responded to.
I’m on Fedora too and quite often end up on the Arch wiki. A lot of the stuff there applies on other distros too.
Stable is the building horses are kept in
Finland too. Didn’t know it was that universal
In Boost, the default guest is from lemmy. World
For me the guest account uses sopuli.xyz, the same instance my account is on.
That’s like every brand nowadays.
Trilium. Tried a bunch but fell in love with this one. Others either didn’t have support for inline math or weren’t wysiwyg (Joplin). Also easy syncing between computers with its own server in docker, and it even doubles as a web version of the app.
1280x1024 is really not that pdd for an old LCD. And yes,to me that looks like an LCD instead of a CRT. Way too flat and matte for a CRT.
Brushing off the snow and scraping off the ice from my windows
Not quite a program but I fricking love KRunner. And Kate and Dolphin, though available in Windows, don’t work as well.
Previously this native support was limited to pre-release Firefox builds.
It has been available in release builds for ages too when enabled with an envorinment variable
It can’t even do basic shit like mount a network drive.
I use KDE and mounting a network drive in dolphin was very easy. Not difficult in nautilus either
Same with super + left click to move windows. Especially handy for windows that are off the screen for some reason
You actually did reminde me to try minetest again right now! I tried it last like a decade ago and been meaning to try again
