I have 2 PCs, both on Linux. One with an AMD XTX 7900 XT, the other one has an Nvidia 3080 TI.
The Nvidia one is running the latest proprietary drivers, and they suck HARD. They just are far inferior to AMD’s. The only reason to go Nvidia is to do local AI or video (editing / transcoding).
If your primary use is gaming and go Nvidia, you will be sabotaging yourself.
This is amazing, very cool app. Congratulations.
I’m looking for imagemagick as an URL Based API.
Imagor works like that. You just do: https://domain/parameters/imageurl and the image is instantly processed and displayed. But imagor can’t do much compared to imagemagick. Which is why I’m on the hunt for a wrapper like that.
What’s it good for ?
Manjaro is just a bad distro. For all the reasons stated in other comments. Nobody should be using it.
Just use this and yes, your key should work. I use one of my W10 pro keys on a VM I host on my homelab proxmox.
VPN + RDP / SSH
Judging by screenshots alone, I think Fossify looks better than Etar.
Sure, it looks great. But it doesn’t have the popularity of Matrix, which is already less popular than XMPP which has enjoyed decent adoption since it’s inception.
Bluesky is just Twitter before being bought by Elon Musk. The real alternative is Mastodon. Bluesky can go fuck itself.
Centralized. Not good. Conversations is on fdroid and is decentralized, federated, open source and uses a mature and battle tested protocol (XMPP). If I wanted something new, I would prefer Matrix over Signal.
Don’t forget about all these color management stuff being baked into gimp, Krista and Inkscape.
Holy shit, I love seeing team red balls deep into linux. One thing is making your driver open source which is freaking awesome, but a compositor? That’s cool as fuck.
It’s really surprising how fast people forget about the shady shit rustdesk has done.
What about the chat UI, is that decentralized too?
