I never watched any anime but then watched one punch man. It’s really clever and very approachable for new and casual viewers.

Probably went too hard too soon, and you didn’t have time to get used to the activity- it takes months for your body to get significantly stronger. I tore my bicep tendon, I believe I just wasn’t ready for the level of exertion. Similarly I would recommend warming up each session and starting with low effort / low exertion movements.
Wow that’s a good looking dog
You’re right, IDK if the missles themselves are new. They’re part of a new strategy devised to fight China if need be. The Littoral combat team trained with these for a month in January. https://wapo.st/3xiuqH6

The United States has been overthrowing democratically elected governments for a hundred years. The CIA has exported terrorism, trained gorilla soldiers to terrorize and torture civilians, and promoted fascism over democracy. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_involvement_in_regime_change
We have a war on drugs that is really a war on people, an excuse to target people of color. We have a for profit prison system run by private corporations that lobby politicians in what is effectively legal bribery. Our entire economic system, capitalism, allows those with wealth to exploit those without, and to use their power and money to “lobby” politicians. People are never going to get a fair shake.
Edit: The US has amazing people and so much potential to survive and overcome our problems, but there’s a darkness that motivates people in power, maybe it’s fear of communism or fear of powerlessness, idk
You can find really good wired earbuds. One of my favorites were made by Yincrow $15-$22
It’s not the anaesthetist that does pelvic exams, it’s medical students. Medical students need experience so they practice on anaesthetized patients. There was a story on the radio of a male medical student who was supposed to do an exam on a woman and he realized that she was unaware and hadn’t specifically consented and so he mentioned his concerns to his peers and it started a discussion worldwide about the practice. I don’t think the practice is limited to pelvic exams.
Federal government started verifying identities, allowing people to get Real ID driver’s licenses, which are basically federal IDs
Proton Pass uses the keyboard to identify and fill passwords. It works really well.
