air guard is really good… but with the fake ones that randomize the mac address every beacon, it just registers a weirdly high number of devices… you have to look at it manually to catch it…

and then there’s an issue of registering the trackers, and some encryption involved.

it still doesn’t work and some neato undetectable trackers have already been made, thanks to apple’s implementation.

oh i know… i had it write a few very short programs, just about every single line had an error… importing shit that doesn’t exist, adding incorrect arguments to functions…

also, i think it’s some error with lemmy at large… i’ve had more that one comment removed, and there’s alway a link to view it that doesn’t work in my app, so then i open it in the browser and it’s still blank.

and “glowing” conjures a great radioactive picture of feds for me… but given that it comes from that quote, and was popularized on 4chan, it still makes me feel queasy
