At the time of post the results are: 91 for Prohibiting, 71 for Sort Of (Limited Allowance), and 33 for Will Not Prohibit.
As of today, September 1st, pictures that contain an image of a politician or politician’s family, from any country or planet, will be removed under rule #2. This was a community voted on rule.
I had to look up who that was, I thought it was DBZ but wasn’t sure. It does appear that he is the deposed leader of the fallen Saiyan race which would qualify him, sorry :(
