    He’s just Victorian nobility- with those weird neck-fan-things.

    And he’s rocking it. Cute little devil.

      He’s all good! Just had a hot spot on his neck and needs to cool it on the itching. Had a bath with his medicated shampoo and needs to be careful for a few days and he’ll be good.
