Is there a reason that you’ve created a fresh account, to post a complaint about 2 comment removals (not a ban), in an instance that doesn’t even federate with the instance you’re complaining about?
Like, what’s your goal here? Dotworld already defedded. There’s not more that they can do.
You clearly aren’t interested in interacting with hexbear in a pleasant way. Why shouldn’t the mod remove your comments? And why shouldn’t a volunteer enjoy what they’re doing? They still gave a reasonable reason for the removal.
If you’re trying to paint them in some negative light, this is absolutely the mildest and corniest example.
Dotworld already defedded.
Did they finally? What was the straw that broke the camel’s back, as it were?
Dotworld preemptively defedded Hexbear before they were able to federate. There was no user interaction at all; Beehaw did the same thing.
I mean,
Unless they removed the comment you were responding to, that first comment was clearly worth removing, because you were telling someone to shut up for something the mod wasn’t actually going to threaten a ban with.
The second post sounds like you’re picking fights with people.
It just kindof looks like you’re going out looking to create snapshots to post here. I’m not going to say the hexbear mobs aren’t awful, but there is such a thing as poking the bear.
That comment removal really affected the world in a big way.
Move over, 9/11. The Day That Guy’s Comment Was Removed is now the worst tragedy to ever occur in September.
Got banned from r/sino back on Reddit for spreading fake news.
I posted the Wikipedia article for the Tiannanmen Square protests.
I remember /r/sino. I had never seen a “racial cult” before in my life.
Aren’t most mods?
Yea but hexbear is special… I actually made a game out of it. Write something that doesn’t comply with their view of the world and wait a few minutes. Now there are two options:
-
I get removed. I try to beat my previous time it takes.
-
A lot of very very long answers to just a sentence. In this case I lough about the number of people that took a lot of time writing a very long comment, that is only loosely in context to my original one.
That “game” has a name, and it’s “trolling”.
I like to do this too, but on posts rather than the community itself. I’ll just say something along the lines of:
“I think killing protesters is wrong.”
And wait for the stampede.
Fuck both of you for wasting people’s time
We’re not wasting anyone’s time with the exception of the fraction of a second it takes to read a comment. They have the choice to not respond, as does anyone else.

Being a tankie requires you to be pretty petty and closed off to maintain your views. I imagine the mods are even more so.
is rude comment
And this post is worthy of removal.
Instead of personal attacks perhaps you can communicate more effectively?
love how OP peaced out of the comments section
Why are petty people always complain about being petty?
So… does bot_7ix9 not know the hexbears formed their site after being silenced on Reddit? They’re former /r/chapotraphouse folks.
Oh, that makes sense. They were already steeped into stupidity, they just marinated in it for years.
Being a petty tyrant is the norm for internet mods not an exception.

Everything I don’t personally agree with is fascist
Everything I don’t personally agree with is
fascistliberalFixed that for you 😉
As far as hexbear is concerned those words are interchangeable. I don’t think my sarcasm came through very well in my original comment.
Hey, hey, come on. … what about em real hippies or good old leftists?
I was making a joke about how hexbear acts when you go against their groupthink. Didn’t come across well apparently, Poe’s law.
I was making a joke
Really?
Better get serious, kid.
